J.D Uzzle : I love Priority Chevrolet on South Military. It's staff members like Courtney, Jaycee, Orlando and Susie that make me return over and over for my service needs and car purchases. During a recent annual inspection of my auto, the service technician found that I had a nail in my tire which made the tire unrepairable, thus needing to be replaced. I knew that I had a warranty on my tires but since moving I had misplaced the documents stating such. Hearing my frustration at the thought of possibly being charged for the service, Courtney with empathy and compassion went the extra mile and found the warranty as it was listed in a different category. Courtney actually spent time on the telephone with me with super support and patience. In a day when we hear repeated amounts of bad news, it's very refreshing to have received customer service that helped me to revive hope in the human race...with reassurance that the spirit of kindness and consideration is still very much alive. Orlando is my service advisor and I must say that he is the absolute BEST. He's kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He is as a rare jewel. I have had the pleasure of receiving only one time service from Sue (his assistant), however she treated me with respect and patience. This great customer-staff relationship all started with Jaycee who sold me 2 Malibu's in the past few years. Priority, special thanks for renewing my trust in customer service....But especially to Courtney for changing a very difficult day. Thank you Priority!
Gwendolyn Lee-Thomas : The check-in process was very easy. Rick Fleming was extremely helpful in deciding what services to get for my car. The waiting area was clean and the coffee was great. When the car was ready, I asked for a complimentary car wash and it was provided with no hassle or hesitation. Maybe asking the customer if they would like a complimentary car wash at check-in would be helpful. Otherwise, great experience.
Crystal Burke : I will keep it short, but you talk about customer service --- Kris Brigati is everything that good customer service represent. I did not have a good experience and explained to her what I didn't like and she basically said "talk to me" and once I got everything out, she said allow me to do my job and the rest is all good! I just love how she listened to what I was upset about and went into action. Top notch Customer Service in my book!!!
Negative Responses:
Kristina Bars : Very disappointed, and word of mouth will go a long way. They made us put $1000 down on a car that 1. we were not sure we were going to get. 2. that never did show up at the dealership. They said we needed to put the money down in order for anything to go through. We ended up holding off on our car search due to financial reasons, and we were expecting to get our $1000 refunded to us, we really needed it, we still do because of the current situation we are in. My husband went to talk to them and they were nothing but rude and unwilling to work with us. He asked for documents stating that it was "nonrefundable" to be sent to him via email which is never was. I just spoke with a "manager" and he said he will get to it when he can. NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE! They are nothing but a bunch of greedy scum bags.
Ashley Neudecker : Before I bought my car, my husband, my mom and I asked the dealership to make sure all recalls were taken care of. They promised that they were. I understand that my vehicle was a used car but I didn't want to drive a car with issues. Before signing paperwork we let them know that the vehicle was having issues as well and they promised to fix them. I waited 2.5 hrs after paperwork was signed while they fixed the issue. The issues were never resolved. Due to my vehicle being a dodge I was told to go to a dodge dealership to have any work done on it. At the dodge dealership I was told there was two outstanding recalls from 2015 on my vehicle. I called priority about this and they stated that since it was a used car and a dodge it was basically not their problem. Also that because it was a dodge they would never make promises about recalls and they do not have access to other makes recalls. Why are you selling cars, like dodges, if you can't make sure the person is buying a safe vehicle?.
